Sidlinger Computer Corporation has served NASA, the United States Air Force, and various other agencies, utilities, and corporations since 1985. SCC’s current core competency is aerospace and industrial imaging, both conventional and high-speed. Operational assets include a modern machining facility to manufacture application-specific camera/lens/lighting mountings and enclosures, an electrical engineering laboratory for custom triggering and synchronization solutions, two airplanes specialized for loiter operations, and an extensive fleet of advanced and customized camera drones.

Bruce D. Sidlinger started as a embedded systems programmer at Recognition Equipment Inc, an avionics programmer at Texas Instruments, and V.P. of Research at avionics manufacturer Alcor Inc. before establishing Sidlinger Computer Corporation in 1985. Bruce’s Federal Aviation Administration certifications include airline transport pilot, commercial helicopter pilot, flight instructor, commercial seaplane pilot, commercial glider pilot, commercial balloon pilot, remote pilot, and advanced ground instructor. Bruce also served on ASTM committee F38 which established Federal standards for small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (primarily camera drones.)
